Cylinder liner

MAHLE cylinder liners cover a wide range of requirements. We offer the right product for every four-stroke engine with bore diameters of up to 500 millimeters. And we have the right material for every customer requirement. Our cylinder liners have one thing in common - they are all extremely robust and low-wear. The liners are produced in a centrifugal casting process and are generally supplied as ready-to-assemble components. In addition to make-to-print we also offer customized liners including special designs with cooled liner collars and deep-hole drillings for improved lubrication. Comprehensive finite element analysis is done in order to further enhance the load capacity, deformation properties, weight, and lifetime.
