After all, as a globally operating Group we are always aware of our responsibility for the environment and future generations - and we have ensured that this responsibility is firmly rooted in our corporate guidelines. Targeted employee information facilitates resource-conserving action at all levels. In addition, manufacturing processes and products are reviewed under environmental aspects and are continually optimized. 95 percent of our worldwide locations are certified according to environmental management standards, such as DIN EN ISO 14001 or EMAS II.

The largest contribution to reducing the impact on the environment, however, is provided by the MAHLE products. The innovative MAHLE technologies, which reduce fuel consumption and emissions, have a permanent positive impact on the environmental balance worldwide. Consequently, we not only actively shape technological progress, but also the protection of our environment.
